The Industrial World Kohlenpott was the first one to fall to the Green Men. Satisfied with the composition of his host, he left the Eye of Terror and headed for the doomed Durnovarian subsector. Feeling that even this wasn't enough, he enlisted the assistance of the Myrmidons, a mercenary warband comprised of lobotomised Space Marines controlled through microchips implanted into their brains. To these ends, he mobilised the entirety of his forces, as well as two thrall warbands loyal to him - the Ghastly Talons, a coven of the Black Augurs, and the Ifrits, a splinter of the Sons of Fire.
